Minidress with large ruffles

Fun minidress is bold and bright. The minidress has triangular cups and thin straps creating a plunging neckline. The bodice of the dress is fitted over the hips and has two large layers of ruffles running along the hem and up the dress to the side of the bodice. The ruffles are stiff and are edged with a bright trim. A very large bow decorates the side of the dress.
