Before making a return, we recommend that you read the sale terms at again. These are the same terms that you accepted when you placed your order. However, it's easy to forget the content of the sale terms.

To make a return, please fill out the requested information below and makes sure that all the information that you provide is correct. For each product that you return, please state clearly what action you request, i.e: return, exchange, complaint or other. If you wish to exchange please state which product you would like to exchange to. Include product id, size and color. (Please contact us if you need any help. We will gladly help you.)

You can send back the items in the same packing that you received it in. Please note that you have to pay shipping when returning items to us. Please find the return address bottom of this page.

"Can I change a bra that doesn't fit?" Yes! You can change to a different size. You can also change to a completely different bra if the bra you ordered does not fit your bust. Please contact us and we will gladly help you choosing both the style and size.
"Why is the bra size smaller now? I always buy the same size." This is quite common. All bras stretch over time, like jeans. In a bra it's usually the elastics that stretch, even in bras of the highest quality. As with new jeans a new bra can often feel smaller in the beginning. Additionally, our bodies are in constant change. A well-used and somewhat stretched bra might still fit but a new one of the same sizes might not. No one has the same bra size all their lives. Please contact us and we will gladly help you to find a more suitable size. (Production errors are uncommon but if the bra is indeed produced wrong then we will naturally exchange it.)
"Which products can I return, exchange or make complaint of" You can return and exchange all products as long as they are unused, and any present seals are unbroken. You can return products within 14 days of receiving the product. If you are making a complaint due to product being broken, wrong or in any way faulty we will repay the return shipping cost.
