We ship worldwide! Today we serve returning and satisfied clients on all continents.
We offer payment options such as credit cards and PayPal for all countries. Additional local payment options might be available based our your country. These will be shown in the checkout. We ship primarily with DHL and PostNord.

Terms and conditions apply when you order from Eva's Intimates (www.evasintimates.com). Eva's Intimates is run by Webtail AB based in Sweden (company registration number 556787-9241). When you place an order an agreement is made between you and Webtail AB based on the terms and conditions that follows.
You must be at least 18 years old to order. Orders may not be made in another's persons name without his or her consent.
All prices listed include VAT (value added tax) if you are ordering from with EU (European Union). For countries outside the EU the prices shown are without VAT.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.
You have three payment options to choose:
1. Direct payment
You pay with your online bank. Currently you can pay by Swedbank, Handelsbanken, Nordea or SEB. Payment is made through Nets that is the leading provider of payment.
2. Credit card
You pay with VISA or MasterCard. Payment is made through Nets which is one of the largest and most known card payments providers in Sweden and Europe.
You can shop for up to SEK 25 000, depending on what our invoice handler Klarna AB (formerly Kreditor AB) approves. For invoice payment a usual credit approval check is to be made to ensure the requirements of our invoice handler are met. Invoice from Klarna nowdays is the most popular online payment method in Sweden For more information visit www.faktureramig.se. Fee of 29 SEK will be added to invoice. The invoice will be sent with the purchased products. Due Date occurs 30 days after the order sent. At the reminder 60 SEK plus interest will be charged. NOTE! If you wait too long to collect your package you may get a reminder while the credit period runs from the day we ship your order.
If you choose invoice as payment method your social security number will matched with your registered address. This is done automatically at the time of purchase. If you enter the wrong information your purchase will be not approved.
4. Part payment
You can shop for up to SEK 25 000, depending on what our invoice handler Klarna AB (formerly Kreditor AB) approves. For invoice payment a usual credit approval check is to be made to ensure the requirements of our invoice handler are met. Split your payment. You choose every month how much you want to pay off from your amount (minimum of 50 SEK / month or 1/24 of the total) and can always choose to pay the entire amount at once. All of your part payment purchases are collected on the same invoice. Payment is to be made always the last day of the month so you can pay after you've received your reward. The first payment is due by the end of next month! Monthly Interest Rate 1.625%, administration fee 29 SEK (A fee regardless of the number of purchases).

Delivery time is specified for each product. (If the shipping date is not listed your products are sent usually within 5 working days. If an item is temporarily out of stock delivery may take up to three weeks.)
All orders are shipped with DHL or PostNord. We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier.
When buying for at least 5000 SEK shipping is free. For purchases under 5000 SEK shipping cost of 79 SEK will be charged.

Any customs charges may apply for orders outside the EU and are paid by the customer. Orders within the EU are duty free.
All packages that have not been collected from the carrier's distribution point will be subjected to a fee of SEK 200. If the product value exceeds SEK 3000 an additional fee of SEK 200 will be charged. The fee covers the actual cost of shipping, handling and processing.
If incorrect address is given and as a result the goods can not be delivered and are sent back to us the customer will be charged a fee of SEK 150. The fee covers the actual cost of shipping, handling and processing.
Under the Distance and Home Sales law you have the right to cancel your purchase and return the items within 14 days after you received the goods. Free return purchase within 14 days only applies to orders shipped in Sweden. Intimate products are excluded from this statutory right. Underwear is classified as intimate products which means that we are not obliged by the law to take it back. We do, however, offer the opportunity to return and change the products anyway but with specific requirements for goods condition and return charges, which are described below.
You have the right to exchange an item once and for another size. We do not charge any fee for replacement but you pay for the freight. Changing to other goods are treated as new orders. If the correct size is not available you may change to another product. Replacement must be made within 14 days after you received the goods.
If the received date can not be determined the shipping company date stamp plus 3 days will be taken for received day.
For returns and exchanges the fees like shipping fee, invoice fee or delivery fee are not refundable. Also you will need to pay for all your own freight rates when sending back the products.
In Sweden: - At the return of order for at least 1500 SEK there will be a fee of 66 SEK for shipping which is the average shipping cost. If the order exceeds SEK 1500 but a part of the order is returned so that the product value of the goods you retain will be less than SEK 1500 you will be charged SEK 66 for shipping.
In Europe: - At the return of order for at least 5000 SEK there will be a fee of 129 SEK for shipping which is the average shipping cost. If the order exceeds SEK 5000 but a part of the order is returned so that the product value of the goods you retain will be less than SEK 5000 you will be charged SEK 129 for shipping.
Outside Europe: - At the return of order for at least 5000 SEK there will be a fee of 279 SEK for shipping which is the average shipping cost. If the order exceeds SEK 5000 but a part of the order is returned so that the product value of the goods you retain will be less than SEK 5000 you will be charged SEK 279 for shipping.
When replacing or returning you are accountable for transportation risk, which means that you are responsible for the goods until they have been delivered to us by the carrier (eg DHL). If you want to be absolutely sure that your return arrives it is recommended to send by registered post or parcel post.
If we have sent an incorrect item we are accountable for all costs.
Complete and submit always with our return form when return or exchange.
Requirements for goods condition at return or exchange The requirements aim to ensure at least the same security that you as the customer receives an unused product as you can get in a traditional store.
For approval of the return or exchange the following is required for a product condition:
- The item must be in good condition the same as it was sent to you All the component parts must be included, including packaging and any accessories (eg hangers).
- The item must not have been used and must be free from dirt, dander, dust, make-up, hair, perfume or other foreign odors.
- Product labels, seals and other labels must remain on the article. Product package may not be significantly damaged.
Certain items are excluded from the right of return and exchanges when they are classified as intimate products. These products are:
- Panties and underwear (all variants)
- Set where panties or underpants is one of the main parts of set or is an integral part (bra and panties, top and panty, teddy)
- Socks and tights (including leggings, stay-ups and similar)
- Body stockings
- Adhesive products used directly on the body (eg, adhesive bra, breast tape, eyelashes).
Corsets, bustier, costumes and similar which includes panties usually fastened with nylon thread. These goods are not excluded from the right of return or exchanges on condition that the panties stay in place and are unused.
Usually the returns and exchanges are processed within 10 days of receipt. At high seasons within 30 days.
Any refund usually is made within 14 days but within a maximum of 30 days which is the maximum time required by law. The period is counted from the date we receive the return. Note that the due date of invoice and payment terms always need to be kept.
All goods we send will be free from defects at delivery. If an item should happen to prove to be defective in any way please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. All complaints must be made within 14 days. A complaint is not automatically approved. It requires that the item is properly managed and unmodified for a claim to be approved. The item must not be substantially used or soiled (including perfumes and other foreign odors). If the claim is approved we have up to three possibilities to fix the faults by law. If the claim is approved we are accountable for the shipping cost. If the complaint is rejected the goods will be sent back to you.

If a dispute arises between us (Eva's Intimates) and customer we urge the solution with the help of National Board for Consumer Complaints. We will follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Complaints.
