Personal data that you have provided us with

There are several situations when you provide us with personal data. These are making a purchase, subscribing to newsletter, setting up a user account, initiating customer service ticket (by chat, email or phone), using social media and making use of warranties, cancelations and product complaints.

Personal data that you provide us with and that we process may include your name, address, identification numbers, phone numbers and email addresses. We do not sell you data to a third party.

Personal data that we collect from you

Some data is collected automatically. When you make a purchase at Eva's Intimates we will process data about the purchase and your purchase history. When using our website and your user account we will process data about your IP-address and information about the unit (computer, smartphone etc) you are using. This data is used in order for our website to function correctly and so that we can show you content that has been customized for you. Examples of customized content are history of which products you have viewed, which products you have added to cart and customized recommendations of products.

Reason for data processing and legal basis

Our agreement and administration of your purchase

Eva's Intimates will process your name, address, personal ID-number (if applicable), phone number, email-address and data about your purchases. The purpose is to make it possible for us to offer you take care and manage our relationship with you as our customer, which means your purchases and customer service. We will also process your personal ID-number for payment options that require that (currently invoices and installment). (Please note that payment options offered vary depending on the customer's location.) Our legal basis for processing the data mentioned above is that this data is necessary for us to be able to fulfill our agreement with you when you buy, register or use any of our services, including customer service, complaints, cancelations and usage of warranties. Without processing the data mentioned above it would be impossible for us to process orders and fulfill our legal commitments.

Marketing of our products

If you have accepted marketing, e.g. newsletter or product offers via email, SMS or traditional mail Eva's Intimates will process you namn, address, phone number, email and your purchase history for marketing purposes. The legal basis for processing your personal data is your consent that was given in conjunction with registering an account, subscribing to our newsletter using any of the forms for newsletter subscription on our website or in conjunction with purchasing. You express your consent when you check checkboxes that request your consent or if you use any other our forms that specifically and only concern newsletter subscription. You can revoke your consent at any time by changing settings in your account, by clicking the unsubscribe link in newsletters or by contacting our customer service.

Statistics

Eva's Intimates will process you customer number and other references numbers for the purpose of showing you customized content on our website that are specifically for you, e.g. products related to other products that you have previously viewed or purchased. We will also use this data to make statistical summaries to improve our customer service, e.g. when we provide you with customer service and look at your previous purchases to understand which kind of products and sizes you have been previously interested in. The legal basis for processing your data is that it is necessary for purposes that include both your interests to get relevant customer service and our interest to give you as relevant information as possible that we think will have positive effects on our operation in the form of sales. In simpler terms: We use your data in statistics to improve our customer service and to present you with more relevant information about products. The data processing is always performed in a way so that your personal interests and rights are not diminished or undermined.

Accounting

Eva's Intimates will process data about transactions that happened between you and Eva's Intimates for the purpose of accounting. Due to this, we will process data about purchases, your name, address, phone numbers and your email address. The legal basis for this is that we are obliged to process this data in order to fulfill our accounting obligations according to applicable laws.

As part of our marketing, data, including personal data, are analyzed about your purchases and activity on our website and on our social networks. This is based on information about your previous use of our website. This allows us to customize the content on our website so that the offers and products that are shown are more relevant for you. This feature can be explained as being a shop assistant that helps you choose products depending on what you are interested in. The process is anonymous which means it cannot be used to identify you. We may also use your personal data to evaluate your use of our website and for services related to website activities and internet usage. For example, data we analyze may be your IP address, purchase history, and payment method, but also other information you have provided to us as a customer.

Eva's Intimates processes personal data as long as there is a need to preserve it to fulfill the services and actions that were provided or collected for. Same personal data can be stored in several different locations for different purposes. This may, in turn, mean that data removed from one system (because it is no longer necessary for that purpose) may still be stored and processed in another location in our system where it is stored with the consent of another, or for another purpose where the data is still needed.

The personal data processed will be stored and processed for as long as the various actions require it to enable us to fulfill our legal obligations and agreements with you. That is, we will handle and process your data for as long that we can manage your purchases, while you use your user account, newsletters, warranties, complaints and cancellation rights.

If you have agreed to receive marketing and newsletters from us, we will process your name, phone number, your email address and your purchase history until you unsubscribe, revoke your consent, or otherwise request that we stop contacting you. In such a situation, we will delete your data relating to these actions. Note that your data may still be stored elsewhere in our systems for other purposes, such as ongoing purchase and customer service issues.

In accordance with current accounting laws, personal data are stored and processed for accounting purposes for 7 years plus the current year. We want to clarify that this is a requirement based on current laws and we cannot delete this data upon request.

Personal data processed for statistical purposes will no longer be possible to connect to you after the accounting material has been deleted.

Personal data may be saved longer than stated above if this is required to comply with local government requirements.

Your rights

You can at any time find out what personal data from you we use, through a so-called registry portability. If you have an account with us, you can log in to it at any time to see what information we have about you, e.g. contact information, your purchase history, and whether you subscribe to marketing such as newsletters. If you are not registered as a customer or want a complete registry extract, please contact us at customer service for further assistance. Please note that request for registry extracts through customer service must be in writing, this in order to protect your information from unauthorized individuals or other entities who may attempt to access your information.

You are entitled to correct incorrect data about you, which we also strongly welcome that you do. If the information you provided to us has changed, e.g. if you change your e-mail address, name or if you want to cancel your account, please contact our customer service.

When we process your personal data based on your consent, you may, at any time, withdraw your consent regarding that processing. You are entitled to oppose specific parts of the purposes of processing, e.g. purposes that concern direct marketing and newsletters. You also have the right to have your personal data deleted. This right, however, does not apply if, for example, we are required by law to keep or otherwise process the data (e.g. for accounting purposes), or if the data is required to fulfill an agreement with you.
