All orders are sent from our warehouse in Sweden. For orders outside the EU (European Union) the customs agency in your country may add customs and import taxes. For orders within the EU, no such customs or fees are added.

We ship worldwide! We have been serving satisfied customers on all continents since 2007.

Payment with credit card and PayPal if offered to all countries. Additional local payment options might be available depending on the shipping destination country, these will be shown in the checkout. We ship primarily with DHL, DPD and local mail services.

Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply when you (also referred to as "your", "yours" and "customer") order from Eva's Intimates (also referred to as "we", "us", "our", "ours" and "shop") on www.evasintimates.com or via email, phone or any other means of communication. Eva's Intimates is operated by Webtail AB, based in Sweden (company registration number 556787-9241).

Additional Terms Concerning the COVID-19 Pandemic

Due to COVID-19 shipping delays may occur. The delays happen due to restrictions by certain shipping companies and/or the customs clearing on arrival at the border to the country of destination.

Each country has their own restrictions and rules as a response to COVID-19. These restrictions and rules may change daily, and we have no way of knowing in advance when changes happen. We have no way of influencing this process.

Orders with shipping in progress cannot be cancelled due to shipping delays caused by COVID-19.

Client Requirements and Communication

You must be 18 years old or older to order. You can only order in your own name. All communication, order confirmations and updates (including shipment information) will be done primarily via email. (Please note that legitimate email messages can get stuck in SPAM-filters. Please check Your SPAM-folder if You are missing emails from us.)

Prices

For orders from within the European Union (EU), all prices listed include VAT (value added tax, also known as sales tax). For orders from countries outside the EU, prices are shown without VAT as VAT is not applicable (meaning you will not pay VAT to us.)

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.

Payment and Security

Payment with credit cards (VISA and MasterCard) and PayPal is offered worldwide. Additionally, we offer local options such as bank transfer, invoice, part payment, payment via phone bill etc. Payment options depend on your location and will be shown in the checkout.

We use renowned international payment processors such as, but not limited to; PayPal, Stripe, Adyen, Nets and Klarna.

We follow all the highest security standards such as, but not limited to, Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode. We do not store credit card information (which is a good thing from a security point of view). Customer and payment data are not shared with third parties.

Delivery and Shipping

Free worldwide shipping for order value of 200 USD or more. For orders below 200 USD a flat shipping rate of 5.85 USD applies.

Orders are shipped with DHL, DPD or other suitable shipper that operate in your country. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. Upon shipment, you will be provided a tracking number via email.

Delivery time is specified for each product, size and color. Stocked products are usually sent no later than the next working day. In case of delays, you will be informed by email. From the time the items are sent, the transportation takes is approximately 1 to 5 working days, depending on the destination country. Please allow additional shipping time if your country applies a customs and duties process.

Customs Duty
Orders within the European Union (EU) are duty free. Customs duty may apply for orders shipped outside the EU and are not included in the price shown on this website. The duty rates vary and are sometimes omitted. Each country has their own sets of regulations and rates depending on product type and country of origin. All orders are sent from Sweden.

Unclaimed Deliveries and Refusals
In case of unclaimed deliveries, or if you refuse to accept a delivery, the shipment will be automatically sent back to us. We will repay the product cost and charge you for our actual shipping cost, but no less than 20 USD.

Incorrect Address
If the address that you provide is incorrect the shipment might be sent back to us. If you correct the address, we will resend once free of charge. If you will not provide us with a corrected address, we will repay the product cost and charge you for our actual shipping cost, but no less than 20 USD.

Lost Shipments and Conflict Zones
If the shipment is lost, you must file a complaint with the carrier. We will not refund for a lost shipment due to incorrect address. If your shipping address is within a high risk or conflict zone (e.g. civil unrest or war), we do not accept any responsibility for lost or damaged shipments.

Product Returns and Exchanges

Always use the return form when returning or exchanging products.

You can return or exchange your products within 14 days starting from the day that you received the shipment. (This is according to the Swedish consumer protection law for purchases online.) If the received date cannot be determined the shipping company date stamp plus 5 days will be assumed as recipiency date.

If we have sent incorrect or damaged products we will pay for all costs. If the shipment itself was damaged during transportation, you must submit a complaint to the carrier first and send the complaint receipt to us for further assistance.

Product Condition Requirements when Returning or Exchanging

Underwear and lingerie are classified as intimate products and therefore normally non-returnable products. However, we accept returns and exchanges of underwear and lingerie (most businesses don't) but with certain added requirements on the condition of the products.

For the return or exchange to be accepted the following is required:

  • The returned product must be in the same new condition, as it was sent to you. All original parts must be sent back; including packaging and accessories (e.g. hangers).
  • The returned product must not have been used and must be free from dirt, dander, dust, make-up, hair, perfume and other foreign contaminants and odors.
  • Seals must remain unbroken. Product labels and other labels must not be removed from the product. Product packaging must not be significantly damaged.

Non-Returnable Products

Some intimate products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. For hygienic reasons, these non-returnable products are regarded as expended as soon as the sealing is broken. These products are:

  • Panties (all types)
  • Sets where panties is one of the main part of set or is an integral part (bra and panties, top and panty, teddy)
  • Swimwear with panty part
  • Socks and tights (including leggings, stay-ups and similar)
  • Bodystockings
  • Wigs
  • Gloves
  • Adhesive products used directly on the body (e.g. adhesive bra, breast tape, eyelashes).

Corsets, bustiers, costumes and other products that include panties will have the panties attached to the main product with a nylon thread. These goods are returnable on condition that the panties are not removed and are unused.

Fees when Returning and Exchanging

We do not charge any fees if you wish to change to another size once. We will send the new size to you without charging you addition shipping fees. (If the correct size is not available you may change to another product.) However, you must pay the shipping cost for the shipment back to us. If you need to change more than once, our standard shipping fee will be applied for each additional shipment.

Changing to other products is treated as a new order with new shipping fees.

Shipping fees and invoice fees (applicable only for invoice payments) are non-refundable. If you received free shipping and you return your full order or you return parts of your order so that the total value gets below the free shipping limit, you will be charged our standard shipping fee. Returning products of total value of 500 USD or more (or equivalent in your currency), you will be charged addition 30 USD to cover the actual incurred shipping costs.

When sending products back to us you must pay the shipping cost for the shipment back to us. You are responsible for the products until they have been delivered to us by the carrier (e.g. DHL). We recommended that you send products back to us using a renowned international carrier such as DHL.

Processing of Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are processed within 10 days of recipiency. During high seasons within 30 days.

Refunds

Refunds are usually finalized within 14 days but within a maximum of 30 days. The period is counted from the date we received the return.

Complaints

All products sent should be free from defects when delivered. Should a product be defective in any way, please contact us at info@evasunderklader.se. All complaints must be made within 14 days. A complaint is not automatically approved. Many products are naturally delicate and must have been properly handled and unmodified for a complaint to be approved. The item must not be substantially used or soiled (including with perfumes and other foreign odors). If the complaint is approved, we reserve the right to correct the defect up to three times, after which you will have the option to cancel the purchase. If the complaint is approved, we are accountable for the shipping cost. If the complaint is rejected, the goods will be sent back to you.

When making a complaint always use our return form.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delays or disruptions to our ability to fulfill our duties in the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These circumstances include, but are not limited to: civil unrest, terrorist attacks and wars; natural disasters such as earthquakes, volcanic eruptions and floods; disease outbreaks and pandemics; disturbances in electricity supply, telecommunications and data connections, and transportation services; labor strikes and disputes; amended laws and regulations from relevant governments; export and import restrictions, blockades and quarantines. The customer may not cancel an order or request refunds or compensation solely due to the above circumstances. These circumstances shall also constitute grounds for exemption from damage compensation and other penalties.

Disputes

In case of a dispute between you and us, we recommend filing a complaint with the National Board for Consumer Complaints (ARN). This service is free. ARN impartially tries disputes between consumers and business operators. ARN submits recommendations on how the dispute should be resolved. Although not legally binding, we will follow the recommendation from ARN.
